После 5 лет планирования, решились с мужем на ЭКО. (Есть ребенок 12 лет). Мы живем в Америке. Была лапароскопия в 2008 г., эндометриоз 2-3 степень, перед операцией ставили аденомиоз, но на операции он не подтвердился. В декабре 2009 была гистероскопия, при которой обнаружили небольшой полип, а также фрагмент эндометрия был отправлен на Beta-3 integrin тест. Результат которого показал, что у меня этот Beta-3 integrin отрицательный, и что в эндометрии отсутсвует протеин, который необходим для имплантации. После этого назначили 3 укола Лупрона, чтобы обновить мой эндометрий.
1.Как Вы думаете, это лечение поможет восстановить мой эндометрий.
2. Как Вы можете объяснить мне результат этого теста, на родном, русском языке. :-)
3. После 3 укола Лупрона, мне необходимо дождаться моего цикла, или можно сразу идти в протокол.

Существует масса тестов, которые в той или иной степени могут говорить о рецептивности эндометрия. Однако далеко не все введены в практическую медицину. Это касается и тестов на рецептивность эндометрия.
На сегодняшний день нет ни одного рандомизированного исследования, касающегося прямой связи между Beta-3 integrin (кстати по русски просто не переводят) и эффективностью эко.
Публикации есть, но дизайн их слаб, а выводы расплывчаты (посмотрите например эти)

BACKGROUND: Integrins are thought to play a vital role in implantation. Three integrins in particular (alpha(4)beta(1), alpha(v)beta(3) and alpha(1)beta(1)) are all present during the implantation window. Defects in their expression have been linked to tubal disease, unexplained infertility and endometriosis. Hence, a reduced endometrial integrin expression would be expected in women attending for IVF due to these causes of infertility when compared with those with male factor infertility attending for ICSI. METHODS: Women attending for IVF (n = 25) and ICSI (n = 25) treatment were recruited, and timed endometrial biopsies were taken during the 'implantation window' (cycle day 20-24). A group of fertile women (n = 15) attending for sterilization was used as controls. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in integrin expression between patients undergoing IVF or ICSI. Neither did these groups differ from the control group. CONCLUSIONS: The endometrium in patients undergoing ICSI treatment is sometimes thought to be more receptive, as the infertility might be due to a male factor. This study shows that there is no significant difference in integrin expression between patients attending for IVF or ICSI and the control group. These data add to the increasing uncertainty about the clinical value of assessing the endometrium with only one marker, in this case integrins.

OBJECTIVE: To study the endometrial expression of three integrins (alpha v beta 3, alpha 4 beta 1, and alpha 1 beta 1) in women undergoing IVF-intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) treatment and assess whether they could be used to predict subsequent treatment success.Prospective observational study. Healthy volunteers in a large teaching hospital. PATIENT(S): Sixty-six patients attending for IVF-ICSI treatment. INTERVENTION(S): Timed endometrial biopsies were taken, during the implantation window at LH + 7-9 days, from women before IVF-ICSI treatment. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(S): Histological dating of endometrium and immunohistochemical staining intensity of alpha 4 beta 1, alpha v beta 3, and alpha 1 beta 1 integrins. The integrin levels were correlated with subsequent success rates. RESULT(S): There was a statistically significantly greater expression of alpha v beta 3 in the luminal epithelium of those patients who had successful treatment. However, treatment was successful in some patients with negative expression. CONCLUSION(S): Integrins are important markers of endometrial receptivity. There is an association between an in-phase endometrial biopsy, with positive luminal alpha v beta 3 integrin expression, and subsequent treatment success. However, the clinical value of assessing the endometrium before treatment has drawbacks, and further work needs to be done before this can be considered a clinically useful test.

Из Вашего ответа я поняла, что Beta-3 integrin тест, в принципе бесполезный, и до конца не доказанный клинический тест.
А возможно, что рецептивность эндометрия меняется от цикла к циклу?
