My current diagnosis;
1. Cervical cone biopsy:
Severe dysplasia/ carcinoma in- situ (CIN- III, high grade SIL) with focus of very early microinvasion (0. 2 mm depth, 0. 8 mm width).
2. Endocervical cone diopsy:
Benign endocervical glands and stroma.
Single minute detached fragment og dysplastic squamous epithelium is identified.
3. Endocervical curettings:
Benign endocervical tissue.
Note: Specimen 1 - The transformation zone is visualized in all sections. Areas of severe dysplasia are present in all biopsy quadrants. Focus of very early microinvasion is identified in section 1A.
