Dear Dr. Simon,
I keep following your correspondence with patients and a wild idea came to my mind. Why wouldn't you process your replies and FAQs in a shape of a book? I can be of help and so could possibly be your numerous correspondents.
Compiled and coated in a simple language the book might help lots of people wandering in the dark.

Dear E. A. ! That's really a great idea, thank you very much! Actually I did think of doing something like that but without a clear understanding of what is the best format and style. I absolutely agree that those “ simple” answers to the sometimes definitely vital questions might help many people “ wandering in the dark” as you have absolutely correctly noticed.
