Do exercises for muscles around breast (usually with arms, for example arms up and down, circle movements. .. .). I did. It was really helpful when I was 15- 16.
It also helped me to have a good breast even after my 50's, because I built a lot of muscles around. My breast never looks down.
My daughter's breast started to grow after 16's.
