I have a pain in my right testicle adjunct. The pain has been there for about 3 days, I have had it before, but it went away within a couple of days. Now it doesn't, perhaps because I'm thinking about it all the time. Anyway, the testicle itself doesn't hurt more than usual, but its adjunct does. It doesn't feel swollen, it just hurts. What can it be?
